What You'll Be Brewing Up (Position Summary)

As a Barista, you'll be the face of Kenton Coffee Company, crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional service to our customers. Whether you're handing over a perfectly brewed latte or chatting with a regular, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting space for everyone who visits our drive-thru.

Your Daily Grind (Key Responsibilities)

Here’s what you’ll be doing as part of our team:

- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with care and consistency.

- Engaging with customers to take orders, answer questions, and ensure they leave with a smile.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, because teamwork makes the dream work!

- Restocking supplies and keeping an eye on inventory to ensure smooth operations.

- Following food safety and hygiene standards to keep our space safe and welcoming.

What You Bring to the Table (Required Skills & Qualifications)
