Vaco Los Angeles is working with a client in the Nonprofit/Entertainment industry who is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board of Director support. This opportunity is located in Burbank CA and will be in office at a hybrid schedule. This opportunity is looking to pay between 75k-85k on a direct hire basis. Experience working with a Board of Directors is a must!

Job Specifications: 

• Heavy calendaring and schedule managment 
• Heavy board of director support including setting up meetings and taking meeting minutes 
• Connecting and being liaison to other external assistants 
• Over 3 years of EA and Board of Director support required for this opportunity 
• Experience working closely with a Board of Directors is a must 
• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required 
• Strong experience in MS office suites, and Abode suites required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Internalized sense of urgency
