About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier technical talent to support our engineering, product, and IT teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles including data scientist, cloud GCP, and solution engineers.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reporting within our applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
Collaborate with People Ops and HR to support hiring processes and onboarding activities.
Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging sourcing techniques.
8-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth or technology-driven environments.
Proven ability to source and close technical talent across a variety of disciplines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with a focus on quality and speed.
Workday Recruiting experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
Ability to thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment.
