This is a temporary position to fill in for our talent acquisition coordinator who is going on maternity leave.

Job Duties:

• Maintain and update the Paylocity Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring job postings, candidate records, and recruitment data are accurate and current.
  
• Coordinate internal employee promotions and transfers in Paylocity, ensuring all required approvals, documentation, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timely communication, answering questions, and ensuring all recruiting-related needs are addressed.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to align on staffing requirements, start dates, and onboarding logistics to ensure smooth new hire transitions.
  
• Monitor and manage the recruiting team’s general email inbox, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly and routed appropriately.
  
• Coordinate and oversee candidate onboarding activities in Paylocity, including scheduling, documentation preparation, and facilitating communication between all parties.
  
• Present and facilitate New Hire Orientation, providing an engaging and informative introduction to the organization.
  
• Serve as the organization’s I-9 compliance administrator in Paylocity, overseeing completion, verification, and secure storage of employment eligibility documentation in accordance with federal requirements.
  
• Monitor background check progress, review results, and ensure checks are completed for all required hires, escalating issues as needed.
  
• Manage pre-adverse and adverse action processes in compliance with applicable laws, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.
