We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our innovative and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud , a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce Commerce (B2B/B2C) is highly desirable. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels in collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Build and customize Lightning Components (Aura and LWC) , Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
Implement automation using Flows and other declarative tools.
Maintain and optimize data models, security configurations, and integrations.
Support multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
Work closely with admins, QA, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues promptly.
Stay informed on Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience developing within Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud .
Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B/B2C) preferred.
Proficient in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL , and Visualforce .
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs , REST/SOAP integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git, GearSet) a plus.
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred.
