Role Overview:

• Schedule: 3 days a week within Monday to Friday
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
• Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Hold a valid full PMHNP license
• Must already be local (within 1 hour of Longview area)
• Active TX license
• Active DEA preferred but not required
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required

Compensation:
Expected compensation salary range of $80,000 to $96,000 with no cap productivity income potential.
