Job Description
Project Manager – Rapid Response Staffing
Reports to: Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:Regional Operations Oversight
Manage daily staffing operations across multiple client sites within the region.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, labor laws, and company policies.
Team Supervision
Lead and support on-site field staff (employees and project leader).
Provide training, performance feedback, and resolve personnel issues.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for client sites in the region.
Conduct site visits and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Staffing Fulfillment
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client staffing needs.
Monitor fill rates and address gaps proactively.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue staffing opportunities with nearby companies.
Promote services, conduct site visits, and generate leads to expand the client base.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track regional fulfillment rates, turnover, and attendance.
Provide regular updates and insights to the Account Manager.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure proper documentation, safety training, and workplace standards are met.
Conduct audits and assist with incident resolution.
Must live within a 3-hour radius and have reliable transportation as this need is in a few different locations.

Pay depends upon experience $16-18 an hour.
Must have a clean background.
