Strategy Development:Creating and implementing comprehensive retail media strategies aligned with client objectives, including audience targeting, channel selection, and budget allocation. Campaign Management:Planning, executing, and optimizing retail media campaigns across various channels, such as on-site (e.g., product pages, search results) and off-site (e.g., social media, programmatic advertising). Performance Analysis:Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing data-driven insights to improve results and demonstrate value to clients. Client Management:Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, ad operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals. Innovation and Optimization:Identifying new opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and recommending innovative solutions to improve campaign performance and drive revenue growth. Team Leadership:In some roles, leading and mentoring a team of retail media specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Key Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of retail media networks and their ecosystem .Experience with AdTech platforms and programmatic advertising .Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting .Excellent communication and presentation skills .Ability to work both independently and collaboratively .Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is often preferred Diverse Lynx
