Morning Star Carpentry is seeking an entry-level Cabinet Painter & Shop Assistant to support our custom cabinet production team. This is a hands-on role with tasks ranging from cabinet assembly and finishing to basic shop labor and light installation support.
Responsibilities:
Assist in painting and finishing custom cabinetry
Prep, sand, and assemble cabinets as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support other team members with shop or jobsite tasks
Follow instructions carefully to meet quality and deadline expectations
Requirements:
No prior experience required — we will train you
MUST be able to use basic power tools
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Reliable and punctual
Able to work efficiently and stay focused
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Some weekend availability if needed
Flexible shifts possible for the right candidate
