We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the needs of the credit, master data, contract, and order fulfillment teams with IT partnership, ensuring that process changes and technical solutions align with business objectives. This role requires the ability to understand business processes, the legal structure of trade customers, and the ability to work closely with development teams to implement solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

● Analyze contractual language and associated schedules to identify key data elements needed in compliance reporting.

● Assist in developing the dataset, including entering identified data elements into a final data source from which reporting can occur.

● Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business needs, including data mapping, data modeling, and identifying data quality issues. Identify master data inconsistencies and use financial and contractual data to determine accurate customer information.

● Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with both business and technical teams to implement practical solutions.

● Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including process/data flows, and/or user guides.

*Qualifications:*

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

*Experience:*

* 3-5 years of contract or business analysis experience, or similar roles.
* Experience working with core enterprise process improvement with system enhancements.

*Technical Skills:*

* Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce.com, Agiloft, MS Office, and the Google suite of products.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
