This is an exciting face-to-face opportunity where you'll identify homes in need of roofing, siding, or exterior improvements - whether from storm damage or general wear - and help homeowners take the first step with a free inspection.

What You'll Be Doing

Setting Free Inspections

• Travel door to door to offer no-obligation roof and exterior inspections
• Collect accurate contact info and confirm appointments
• On average, you'll set 10-20 qualified demos per week

Learning While You Earn

• Gain confidence in communication, lead generation, and basic home improvement knowledge
• Receive real-time coaching from experienced field leaders
• Work closely with our sales team to understand the full customer journey

Compensation

• $75 per completed demo (inspection set up)
• $250 bonus for 10+ demos in a week
• Weekly average earnings: $1,000 - $2,000+
